HISTORICAL COMMITTEE

CHANTELL HASKINS-GANDY, CHAIRPERSON

The Scholarship Committee is responsible for establishing, maintaining, recruiting, and managing Scholarships for

graduating seniors of Fairmont Heights High School (FHHS). We meet via ZOOM on the 1st Monday of each month and

report to the Fairmont Heights High School Alumni Association Executive Committee and the General Alumni body at the

Monthly Meetings held at the Cedar Heights Community Center.

The Historical Committee is responsible for researching and obtaining historical records of Fairmont Heights High School (FHHS) and the organization.  We meet via ZOOM on the 1st Wednesday of each month and report our findings to the Executive Committee and the General Alumni body at the Monthly Meetings held at the Cedar Heights Community Center.

The Memorial Service Committee has the very important responsibility of planning the Memorial Service to honor our Alumni, Faculty, Family, and Friends who have BUZZED AWAY each year. The Service is held on the 1st Saturday in December each year at the New Mt. Nebo Baptist Church, 7501 Walker Mill Drive, Capitol Heights, MD 20743, Rev. Robert R. Johnson, Jr., presiding.
